The UPS Store

Every time I go into the UPS store in Searcy, AR they are always very friendly and helpful. They are very efficient and quick and make it helpful for me having to mail documents or whatever I am needing done.

The last time I went I was sending a package back to Amazon so all she had to do was scan a barcode so simple. It took maybe 5 minutes. While I pulled up barcode she huffed and rolled her eyes like I was bothering her. If your unhappy at your job go somewhere else. Don't make my day affected by your bad attitude. I'll never use this store again. I'd rather drive out of the way.

My wife dropped a package off here to be shipped and they sent it through the regular USPS so of course it got lost, didn’t even know that that was an option at a UPS store for them to just pawn it off to the USPS, which is extremely unreliable! why would I even go to a UPS store to ship things.

This isn't my usual drop off spot for Amazon returns, but I was in Searcy already that day. The girl was super nice and quick. I walked in and out in less than a minute.

My package got lost after it was shipped from this store. I tried to call multiple times and get it resolved. No one answers the phone. Avoid this place if you can.
